Sunflower Electric Power Corporation, a not-for-profit electric cooperative, is a regional wholesale power supplier that operates approximately 1,250 MW of wind, gas, and coal-based generating capacity and more than 2,250 miles of transmission system for the needs of its six member cooperatives who serve more than 400,000 customers living in 55 counties in central and western Kansas.
